Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We'll happily exchange within 14 days.

We want you to be happy with your bicycle purchase. If, for any reason you are not, we will accept a return for exchange in accordance with these conditions.

Please complete our Return of Goods Form and send it back to us.

Items must be returned in original resell-able condition - including product tags, labels and original packaging. Items must be sent in a postage box or bag; please do not send by labeling directly onto any product packaging. If items are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to not accept the return and charge a re-stocking fee.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you have simply changed
change your mind.

The shipping/ postage costs for returning products for refund or for warranties are your responsibility.

All items returned to us are at your risk so we highly recommend sending items back to us by registered post. For large items that cannot be sent by post, please contact us and we will arrange a freight service for delivery.

We will contact you when we have received the returned item(s) within 48 business hours of receipt, together with any information on exchanges, refunds and any applicable payments.

Additional Information applying to Bicycles

Bicycles returned for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless being returned due to a manufacturing defect). Bicycles returned for exchange may, at our discretion, be subject to a restocking fee not exceeding 20%, depending on the condition of the bicycle when returned. We also reserve the right not to exchange any bicycle that has significant wear and/or damage (e.g. frame scratches, component damage).

Bicycles purchased online and received out-of-store must be returned as received and in their original packaging. Alternatively you may directly return it to our store location.

In our experience, customers know very soon after receiving their bicycle if they are not comfortable with their purchase. If this is your situation, we encourage you to contact us directly so we may work with you to explore options. We wish to avoid any situation that limits our ability to contribute to your satisfaction.

 

Online orders for click and collect are required to show Photo Identification ie: Drivers licence, and the Paying credit card.
